识别有技术转移潜力的专利方法综述

摘要: [目的/意义] 对现有识别技术转移潜力的专利分析方法及制约技术转移相关因素进行分析的同时,为今后有效识别具有转移潜力的专利技术提供理论支撑。[方法/过程] 针对专利分析方法在技术转移中的应用现状,重点从国内外识别技术转移潜力的分析方法的相关成果以及制约技术转移影响因素的分析方面进行综述。[结果/结论] 现有识别技术转移潜力的分析方法主要有专利引文分析法、社会网络分析法、统计分析法、二元语义分析法和TRIZ分析方法等。这些方法均处于探索阶段。而制约专利技术转移的最主要影响因素为专利价值或专利质量。未来识别技术转移潜力分析方法的研究将集中在以下几个方面:系统分析专利转移的直接影响因素及其实际影响效果;研究企业与大学专利转移行为的差异性;建立有效识别技术转移潜力的综合评估模型。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study aims to summarize the patent analysis methods of identifying technology's transfer potential and main influence factors, to provide the theoretical support for effectively identifying patent technology with transfer potential.[Method/process] According to the current situation of patent analysis method in the application of technology transfer, this paper makes the review on the related achievements about the analysis methods of identifying technology's potential transfer and influence indicators affecting technology transfer.[Result/conclusion] The existing analysis methods of identifying the potential of technology transfer mainly include the patent citation analysis, social network analysis, statistical analysis model, binary semantic analysis method and TRIZ method, which are all in the exploring stage. The main influence factor of technology transfer is patent value or patent quality. The future study on analysis methods of identifying patent technology's transfer potential can be carried out in the following directions:systematically exploring the direct influence factors of patent transfer and their actual effect; exploring the difference of patent transfer behaviors between companies and universities; constructing the prediction model for effectively identifying technology's transfer potential.
