摘要:

[目的/意义] 以网络信息可见性为研究对象,针对信息可见性的意义及其实现进行理论分析和讨论。相关理论的探讨和建立能够有效地帮助人们更好地从互联网上获取、理解和使用信息,为国家和社会更加有效地挖掘互联网的价值,更好地管理和使用互联网提供启示。[方法/过程] 运用文献分析法、比较法、现象学方法等,通过对信息实践者存在维度的分析,讨论相应的信息可见性及其行为理念。[结果/结论] 信息可见性包含信息深度可见性、阴影可见性、审美可见性、符号可见性多个方面,是一个统一的整体。全面的信息可见性可以让人们在信息交往中思考信息背后的价值和意义,在觉知和反省中调整自己的策略和行为,促进理解和协调,避免损失和伤害。在信息空间和信息服务功能的设计上要体现以他者为中心的理念,构建关爱他人、追求智慧的文化和价值观。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance] The development and application of the Internet put forward new requirements for information and library science theory research.This study discusses about the significance and implementation of the information visibility. Theoretical discussion can make a better understanding and using of the information on Internet.[Method/process] The paper does the study using literature analysis method, comparison method and phenomenological method. By the analysis about the information behavior practitioners on Internet, we discuss their existence and its information visibility, and the idea behind their behaviors. [Result/conclusion] We get a conclusion that information visibility has four different dimensions of meanings, depth visibility, shadow visibility, aesthetics visibility, and symbol visibility. They are a unified whole, indispensable. Comprehensive information visibility can make us thinking about the value and meaning of the communicative action, and adjusting our strategies and behaviors. It can promote understanding and coordination, avoid loss and damage. Love and wisdom is the culture and values of information visibility, of which the Other is the main topic.
