服务创新保护的研究现状与趋势

摘要: [目的/意义]服务创新是知识型服务机构不断改进服务水平和提高服务效率的关键要素,而有效地保护服务创新是其维持竞争优势和实现可持续发展的重要保障。[方法/过程]采用文献计量法、社会网络分析法、内容分析法对1990-2017年间的相关研究文献进行系统回顾和梳理。[结果/结论]国内外对服务创新保护的研究仍处于起步阶段,主要集中在保护方法的分类及有效性,关注保护机制与保护策略,并兴起对开放式创新环境下的服务创新保护悖论研究。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Service innovation is the key factor for knowledge-based service agencies to improve and enhance service level and service efficiency. Effective protection of service innovation is vital for them to maintain competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development.[Method/process] This paper analyses the related research literature published from 1990 to 2017 with the methods of bibliometric, social network analysis and content analysis.[Result/conclusion] The research of service innovation protection has been in the initial stage both at home and abroad; most research focused on the classification and effectiveness of protection methods; scholars began to pay attention to the protection mechanism and protection strategy; it is an emerging area of research on service innovation protection paradox under the environment of open innovation.
