我国高校图书馆科研数据管理服务调查与分析

摘要: [目的/意义]以用户需求为导向,分析国内高校图书馆科研数据管理服务存在的问题,为我国高校图书馆开展科研数据管理服务实践提出切实可行的建议。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法,从服务内容、服务途径和服务基础3个层面对国内高校图书馆科研数据管理服务现状进行调查;以图书馆服务现状为基础,利用问卷调查法分析国内高校图书馆用户需求,总结出用户需求特点。[结果/结论]目前国内高校图书馆科研数据管理服务存在设计和计划服务缺乏、服务方式单一、网页说明和建议内容单薄、馆员咨询内容有限等问题,而用户需求特点则体现在用户在各数据管理阶段中的需求特点,用户对咨询、培训方式的需求特点以及用户需求的学科差异性特点。基于此,提出丰富服务内容、拓展服务途径、奠定服务基础的建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Oriented by user needs, practical suggestions against the problems of domestic services are put forward on the research data management services in Chinese university libraries. [Method/process] The research first conducts a detailed network survey of research data management services in domestic university libraries from the aspects of service contents, service channels and service foundations; then on the basis of current services, makes a questionnaire survey of domestic user needs and summarizes the characteristics of user needs.[Result/conclusion] There are some problems existing in current research data management services like the lack of design and plan service, single service mode, poor introduction and suggestion on the website, limited consulting content, etc.; the characteristics of user needs reflect in the characteristics of user needs in each data management phase, the characteristics of user needs for consulting and training methods, and the characteristics of user needs in terms of the disciplinary differences. Based on these, the paper suggests enriching service contents, broadening service channels and establishing service foundations.
