知乎社区用户发展和参与机制及其对图书馆知识服务的启示

The User Development and User Participation in Zhihu and Its Enlightenment to the Library Knowledge Service

摘要: [目的/意义] 知乎是一个成功的知识问答社区,从用户参与价值共创视角总结其成功经验,有助于为图书馆知识服务的深入推进提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 使用案例分析方法,从知乎的初始阶段策略、扩充阶段策略和用户粘性保持策略三个方面分析知乎的用户发展路径;从用户参与提问编辑、用户参与内容质量评价和用户参与知识传递三个方面分析知乎的用户参与机制。[结果/结论] 知乎案例对图书馆知识服务的启示可以总结为三个方面:认识用户在图书馆知识服务中的价值,努力发展"领先用户";重视对用户的引导机制,营造良好的参与氛围;提升用户体验,做好图书馆知识服务平台优化。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Zhihu is a successful knowledge Q&A community. Its successful experience in value co-creation from the perspective of user participation is helpful for promoting the library knowledge service.[Method/process] The case analysis method was adopted in this paper. This research analyzed the user development path from three aspects-the initial stage strategy, the expansion phase strategy and the user viscous retention strategy. This research also analyzed the user participation mechanism of Zhihu from three aspects-the user participation in question editing, the user participation in the content quality evaluation and the user participation in the knowledge transmission.[Result/conclusion] The enlightenment of Zhihu case to the library knowledge service can be summed up in three aspects-understanding the value of users in the library knowledge service and developing the "lead user", paying attention to the user guidance mechanism to create a good atmosphere of participation, improving user experience and optimizing the library knowledge service platform.
