面向用户需求的高职图书馆服务策略研究——以浙江省10所高职院校学生为例

Research on Service Strategy of Library in Higher Vocational College Oriented to Users' Demand——A Case Study of Students from 10 Higher Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province

摘要: [目的/意义]识别"互联网+"时代下高职学生对图书馆的服务需求新特征,提升图书馆服务策略的针对性和有效性。[方法/过程]通过对浙江省10所高职院校1 070名学生的问卷调研,了解高职学生在图书馆服务方面的需求现状及存在的问题。[结果/结论]调研结果显示:网络访问受限、信息资源建设不完善、馆员服务能力低是影响高职学生需求多样化的重要因素,从多元化的馆藏资源建设、合理高效的基础设施建设、高素质的队伍建设、优质的读者服务工作4个方面出发,提出相应的改进措施和优化路径,进一步增强图书馆的服务功能和服务范围。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] By distinguishing the new features of service demand among students from vocational and technical colleges under "Internet+", it's expected to improve the relevance and effectiveness of library service strategy.[Method/process]Through the questionnaire survey of 1 070 students from 10 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, demand status quo and existing problems of students from higher vocational colleges in library service are studied.[Result/conclusion]The result shows that limited network access, imperfect information resource construction, and low service capacity of librarians are the main barriers in demand diversity of students from higher vocational college. Therefore, the corresponding optimized measures are put forward to further enhance the function and scale of library service in terms of the diversified resource construction, reasonable and efficient infrastructure construction, high-quality team building of librarian, and plenty of user's service activities.
