社会化阅读主体的网络身份特点和数字足迹分析及其启示

The Online Identity Characteristics and Digital Footprint of Social Readers and Its Enlightenment

摘要: [目的/意义] 在社会化阅读趋势下,将社会化阅读主体的网络身份与图书馆未来数字阅读服务相结合,明确图书馆开展社会化阅读服务的原因,探索社会化阅读平台的构建渠道,以期为未来图书馆阅读服务提供相关建议。[方法/过程] 通过对网络身份的哲学思辨,指出社会化阅读主体网络身份的特点及带来的阅读问题;区分社会化阅读主体在网络空间中数字足迹的类型,并详细论述社会化阅读对阅读环境、读者阅读行为、读者阅读能力的影响。最后,从为何构建社会化阅读、如何构建社会化阅读、如何规避风险问题三个方面提出图书馆构建社会化阅读服务的建议。[结果/结论] 社会化阅读主体网络身份具有真实身份在场缺席与数字身份虚拟在场的特征,"去身体化""匿名性"的网络身份,给予现代读者广阔的话语空间,促使数字足迹的产生与社会化阅读的形成。针对阅读方式的浅表化、阅读思考的懒惰化、信息推送的同质化、信息文本的游戏化等问题,图书馆在未来服务中可以通过在线网站、检索平台、移动阅读APP及第三方软件构建社会化阅读的渠道;可以通过数据聚合进一步优化信息推送;可以通过签订数据使用协议、加强网络发布内容监管、开展线下读书活动、实施数字素养培训、设置信息数量推荐上限规避社会化阅读的风险问题。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the trend of social reading, combining the online identity of the social reading subject with the library's future digital reading service,make clear the reason that library develops social reading service, explore the construction channels of the social reading platform, in order to provide relevant suggestions for the future library reading services.[Method/process] The paper pointed out the characteristics of the online identity of social reading subject and the following reading problems, distinguished the types of digital footprint, and discusseed the influence of social reading on reading environment, reading behavior and reading ability.[Result/conclusion] In the future, libraries should build social reading channels through online Websites, retrieval platforms, mobile reading APP and third-party software, and further optimize information push through data aggregation. We should sign a data usage agreement, strengthen the supervision of network publishing content, carry out offline reading activities, carry out digital literacy training, and set up the information quantity recommendation limit to avoid the risk of social reading.
