成都地区高校图书馆应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的举措及启示

Measures and Enlightenment of Coping with the Epidemic of “2019 Novel Coronavirus” in Chengdu Regional University Libraries

摘要: [目的/意义] 对成都地区高校图书馆在面对2020年1月"新型冠状病毒感染肺炎"这场突如其来的疫情期间的服务举措及对其他地区高校图书馆借鉴作用进行研究。[方法/过程] 以成都理工大学图书馆在疫情期间所采取的应急措施为主,收集整理成都地区主要高校图书馆在疫情期间采取的应急服务举措、服务效果等资料,对成都地区高校图书馆疫情期间实施的创新性举措进行梳理、总结。[结果/结论] 成都地区高校图书馆在做好疫情防控和消毒工作的基础上,积极发挥高校图书馆在数字资源和网络服务技术的优势,利用新媒体、电子邮件、QQ群等线上服务,推出"新冠病毒肺炎"防疫专题、线上数字资源指引、搭建在线课程资源平台,开展系列云讲座、"信息素养"在线课程、"书送达"无接触借还书等特色资源服务,做到了在疫情期间"停课不停教""停课不停学""停课不停研",实现了疫情期间闭馆不停阅,全力保障了校内外师生学习、教学和科研的资源需求。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the service measures of university libraries in Chengdu region in the face of the unexpected epidemic of "2019 Novel Coronavirus " in January 2020 and the reference role of university libraries in other regions.[Method/process] Based on analysis the emergency measures taken by Chengdu university of technology, this paper collected emergency service measures, service effect of other university libraries in Chengdu (Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest University for Nationalities, Southwest Petroleum University, Sichuan Normal University, etc.), the innovative measures implemented by university libraries were reviewed and summarized.[Result/conclusion] Besides preparing the epidemic prevention and disinfection, university libraries in Chengdu area take advantage of the digital library resources and the web service technology. University libraries actively carry out characteristic digital resources service by use of new media, E-mail and QQ group, launch "coronavirus pneumonia and epidemic prevention" project, establish online digital resource guide, construct platform for online course resources, carry out series of lectures on cloud, open service of "book delivery" to borrow and return books without contact. Based on those, achieve the goal of not suspending learning, teaching and researching in case of close of libraries, which supports the learning, teaching and researching of the universities.
