国内互联网知识付费研究现状与发展趋势

Research Status and Development Trends of Internet Knowledge Payment in China

摘要: [目的/意义] 旨在通过梳理我国互联网知识付费相关研究,全面了解其研究现状,揭示该领域研究的热点问题和未来研究方向。[方法/过程] 采用内容分析法对我国互联网知识付费研究的228篇文献进行集中梳理与分析后,形成了知识付费概念、影响因素、商业模式和网络生态4个文献集群,并在此基础上针对国内IKP研究提出可能的发展方向。[结果/结论] 研究发现:①我国互联网知识付费已从电子商务、行为科学与知识管理视角形成不同论调的研究概念;②相关影响因素研究主要基于知识用户、知识产品和知识平台展开,以改善国内互联网知识付费用户的体验、产品质量与平台服务;③借助案例分析与讨论国内互联网知识付费的商业模式研究亟待丰富;④结合知识生产者、知识消费者与知识平台各自内部及相互之间的纠纷,总结出6类网络生态问题引发的研究议题。结合上述分析结果,提出我国互联网知识付费研究的发展建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] By combing related researches of Internet knowledge payment in China, this paper aims to comprehensively understand the research status of it, reveal the hot issues and future research directions in this field.[Method/process] After combing, analyzing and integrating 228 literatures on Internet knowledge payment in China by using content analysis method, four literature clusters of the knowledge payment concept, influencing factors, business models and network ecology were formed. On this basis, this paper put forward the possible development direction of domestic IKP research.[Result/conclusion] The research finds that:①Different research concepts have been formed from the perspectives of electronic commerce,behavioral science and knowledge management; ②The researches on relevant influencing factors are mainly based on knowledge users, knowledge products and knowledge platforms, in order to improve the experience, product quality and platform services of domestic Internet knowledge payment users; ③The research on the business model of Internet knowledge payment in China needs to be enriched by case analysis and discussion; ④Based on the internal and mutual disputes among knowledge producers, knowledge consumers and knowledge platforms, six kinds of research topics caused by network ecological problems are summarized. Based on the above analysis results, this paper puts forward some development suggestions on the Internet knowledge payment research in China.
