“双减”政策下公共图书馆开展馆校合作创新路径研究

Research on the Innovation Path of Library-School Cooperation in Public Libraries under the "Double Reduction" Policy

摘要: [目的/意义]"双减"政策的实施,为馆校合作提供新的发展契机。推动馆校合作深入发展,对促进教育体系的结构优化和公共图书馆的功能强化具有重要意义。[方法/过程]运用文献检索法、案例分析法,通过调研分析"双减"政策颁布前后馆校合作的典型案例,归纳出"双减"政策下馆校合作的创新路径。[结果/结论]结合"双减"政策的大背景,公共图书馆可以从丰富教育资源、拓展课程内容,融入式场景教育以延展教育场域,加强嵌入式管理以提升教育质量,建立馆校合作与评价机制、共担教育责任等几个方面探寻馆校合作的创新路径。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The implementation of the "double reduction" policy provides a new development opportunity for library-school cooperation. Promoting the in-depth development of library-school cooperation plays an important role in promoting the structural optimization of the education system and functional upgrading of the public library. [Method/Process] Using the methods of literature retrieval and case analysis, this paper investigated and analyzed the typical cases of library-school cooperation before and after the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy, and summarized the innovative path of library-school cooperation under the "double reduction" policy. [Result/Conclusion] Combined with the background of the "double reduction" policy, public libraries can enrich educational resources and expand curriculum contents; Integrated scene education to extend the educational field; Strengthening embedded management to improve the quality of education; To explore the innovative path of library-school cooperation from the aspects of establishing library-school cooperation and evalution mechanism and sharing educational responsibilities.
