国内读书会运行机制与活动模式探析——基于全国135家读书会的问卷调查与深度访谈

摘要: [目的/意义]对我国各类读书会的组织面貌、开展活动的具体方式、阅读方法进行描述,分析读书会运行中的实际问题和症结,提供读书会运行发展的方向和建议。[方法/过程]以社会调查和深度访谈为方法,获取我国读书会实际运行中的量化数据和一手论据。[结果/结论]研究发现读书会运行中存在发展定位不明确、人员门槛缺少准入机制、阅读效果缺乏衡量等症结,进而有针对性地提出借助技术手段细分阅读行为、建立有效的人员准入和退出机制、结合出口调查测量读书会的活动效果等建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Describe the organizational features, specific ways of activities and reading methods of all kinds of reading clubs in China, analyze and present the practical problems in the operation of reading clubs, and provide suggestions for the further development.[Method/process] By means of social investigation and in-depth interviews, quantitative data and first-hand arguments about the actual operation of reading clubs were obtained.[Result/conclusion] The study finds that there are some cruxes in the operation of the reading clubs, such as unclear development orientation, lack of access mechanism for personnel threshold, lack of measurement of reading effect, etc. Then it puts forward some suggestions, such as subdividing reading behavior by means of technology, establishing an effective mechanism for personnel entry and exit, and measuring the activity effects of the reading clubs by means of export survey.
