城市阅读空间读者满意度的实证分析

摘要: [目的/意义] 从城市阅读空间使用者角度剖析当前城市阅读空间的优缺点,为我国城市阅读空间整体发展提供有效的参考和借鉴。[方法/过程] 分析城市阅读空间的建设现状并构建读者满意度的评价指标体系,包括设施设备、环境、资源、服务、工作人员5类指标,选择目前省会城市中城市阅读空间数量最多的合肥市,通过实地走访、面对面向读者发放并回收调查问卷的形式对合肥市内城市阅读空间进行实证调查,并提出合理化建议。[结果/结论] 通过实证分析可知城市阅读空间读者满意度从低到高排列为城市阅读空间资源、设施设备指标、服务指标、环境指标、工作人员指标,通过分析读者对各指标的满意程度及其内部构成,针对性地提出城市阅读空间未来发展的优化措施,包括:拓宽城市阅读空间资源获取途径、完善数字化资源建设并加快资源更新速度、重视与增设应急照明设置、找准学习与娱乐设施平衡点等。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance]The advantages and disadvantages of urban reading space are analyzed from the perspective of users of urban reading space, providing effective references for the overall development of urban reading space in China.[Method/process] This paper analyzed the current status of urban reading space construction and built a reader satisfaction evaluation index system, including 5 types of indicators: facilities, equipment, environment, resources, services, and staff. It selected Hefei City, which has the largest number of urban reading spaces among the provincial capital cities, through face-to-face visits, face to face conducted an empirical investigation on the urban reading space in Hefei and issue reasonable suggestions in the form of a questionnaire distributed to and recycled by readers.[Result/conclusion] Through empirical analysis, it can be seen that urban reading space reader satisfaction is ranked from low to high as urban reading space resources, facilities and equipment indicators, service indicators, environmental indicators, and staff indicators. By analyzing readers' satisfaction with each indicator and its internal composition, it is targeted proposed measures to optimize the future development of urban reading space, including: broadening access to urban reading space resources, improving the construction of digital resources and accelerating the rate of resource update, attaching importance to and adding emergency lighting settings, and finding the balance between learning and entertainment facilities.
