Q指数——一种考虑了时间因素的新型h指数

摘要: [目的/意义] 针对当前研究主体评价存在的缺陷,对已有h指数进一步完善,使得对研究主体的评价更加公平公正。[方法/过程] 在h指数基础上,创新性地考虑时间因素,提出一种新型指数Q指数。以随机选取的数理科学领域的四位学者为例,通过计算四位学者的Q指数验证该指数的实用性和可靠性。[结果/结论] 结果显示,Q指数的变化过程可以反映出研究主体的发展趋势。因此Q指数可以作为人才发现、聘用教师、评定职称的依据,并引导科研人员朝科学健康的方向发展。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Considering the defects of the current research subject evaluation, this paper improves h-index to make the evaluation of research subjects more fair and equitable.[Method/process] Based on the h-index, Q-index was proposed by considering the time factor creatively. We randomly selected four scholars in the field of mathematical science to verify the practicality and reliability of the Q-index by calculating the Q-index of four scholars. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the Q-index changing process can reflect the development trend of research subjects. Therefore, the Q-index can serve as the basis for hiring teachers or evaluating the title. In addition, it can guide researchers towards a healthy and scientific direction.
