高校学生求职搜寻中信息的采纳行为研究

A Study on College Students' Adoption Behavior of Encountering Information in Job Search

摘要: [目的/意义] 对高校学生求职搜寻中信息的采纳行为进行探索,为求职搜寻优化提供理论借鉴。[方法/过程] 基于"认知-态度-行为"模型构建求职搜寻中信息的采纳行为研究框架并展开实证调研,通过问卷调查方法获取高校学生求职过程中的信息的采纳行为数据,借助数理统计、对应分析等方法对数据进行分析、归纳,探究采纳行为的内在机理。[结果/结论] 高校学生对于信息采纳的自我认知和渠道认知水平中等;采纳的态度形成与搜寻目的相关,检验评价标准多元;采纳的具体行为集中,采纳类型因搜寻情境呈现多样化。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the information adoption behaviors of when college students search for jobs, provides reference for the optimization of job search.[Method/process] Based on the model of cognitive-attitude-behavior,this paper established the research framework of the information adoption behavior in job search. On this basis, this paper carried empirical research, got data of the information adoption behavior when college students search for jobs by questionnaires, analyzed and induced data by mathematical statistics and correspondence analysis, explored the internal mechanism of adoption behavior.[Result/conclusion] College students' self-awareness and channel awareness of the information adoption is medium. Attitude of the adoption are related to the purpose of search, inspection and evaluation criteria are pluralistic. Specific behavior of the adoption is focused, types of the adoption are diverse because of the search situation.
