移动图书馆场景化信息接受过程的情感变化研究

Emotional Changes in Scenario Acceptance Process of Mobile Library

摘要: [目的/意义]为增强移动图书馆场景化信息接受体验的愉悦度,提升情境感知的有用性和易用性,强化用户信息接受的持续意愿,设计出真正符合用户信息接受期望的产品和服务。[方法/过程]基于出声思考法和创设情境的实验方法,利用程度副词系数量、中文情感词汇本体、极性短语强度计算公式对用户信息接受体验的情感短语进行量化,分析影响移动图书馆场景化信息接受体验的关键因素。[结果/结论]结果表明移动图书馆场景化信息接受过程情感变化主要取决于"情境-行为-场景"的匹配程度,并依此设计不同场景的信息接受情境配置方案,并指出移动图书馆场景化服务创新的方向。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to enhance users’ pleasure degree of the scene information acceptance experience of mobile library, enhance the contexts’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and strengthen users’ continued willingness to accept information, to design products and services that truly meet the expectations of user information acceptance. [Method/process] Based on the method of thinking aloud and the experimental method of creating situation, this paper quantifies the Emotional Phrases of users’ information acceptance experience by using the coefficients of degree adverbs, Chinese emotional lexicon ontology and polar phrase intensity calculation formula, and analyzes the key factors that affect the experience of mobile library’s scene information acceptance. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the emotional changes in the process of scene-based information acceptance in mobile libraries mainly depend on the matching degree of "Scene-Behavior-Context". Based on this, the scenario allocation schemes for different scenarios are designed, and the direction of scene-based service innovation in mobile libraries is pointed out.
