高校知识产权信息服务内容体系构建研究

A Study on Construction of the Content System Framework of Intellectual Property Information Services in Colleges and Universities

摘要: [目的/意义]基于知识产权强国战略的需求,从政策文本中抽取高校知识产权信息服务内容的构成要素,明确知识产权信息服务内容及方式,为各高校开展知识产权信息服务实践提供理论依据。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论方法,以国家层面政策文本为样本,使用NVivo软件对样本进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和饱和度检验,提取知识产权信息服务内容要素。在此基础上,构建高校图书馆知识产权信息服务内容体系。[结果/结论]高校知识产权信息服务内容要素包括:数据服务、工具服务、情报服务、宣传推广与教育培训和其他服务。其中,情报服务是核心,数据服务平台、培训推广和信息咨询贯穿整个高校知识产权生命周期,为用户提供持续服务。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Based on the needs of the strategy of intellectual property power, this paper extracts the constituent elements of intellectual property information service contents in colleges and universities from the policy text, clarifies the contents and methods of intellectual property information services, and provides theoretical basis for the practice of intellectual property information services in colleges and universities. [Method/Process] Based on the grounded theory method, taking the relevant national policy text as samples, this paper used NVivo software to carry out open coding, spindle coding, selective coding and saturation test of the samples, the content elements of intellectual property information services were extracted. On this basis, the paper constructed the basic framework of intellectual property information service content system in university libraries. [Result/Conclusion] The content elements of intellectual property information services in colleges and universities include data service, tool service, intelligence service, publicity, education and training and other services. The core element is intelligence service. Data service platforms, training and publicity, and information consultation run through the whole process of intellectual property life cycle in colleges and universities, providing users with continuous services.
