高校阅读推广用户满意度影响因素分析与建议

Influence Factors and Suggestions of Users' Satisfaction with University Reading Promotion

摘要:

[目的/意义]用户满意度是阅读推广活动有效性评估的重要指标之一,对其影响因素进行分析能够促进阅读推广的高效开展。[方法/过程]针对参与高校阅读推广活动的用户开展问卷调查,通过运用因子分析与回归分析论证用户满意度的影响因素,并提出相应建议。[结果/结论]"阅读设计"、"推广支持"、"阅读环境"是影响用户满意度的重要推广因素,作为非推广因素的家庭所在地、学科领域、是否担任过职务也对用户满意度造成影响。多方参与的深度推广支持服务,差异化、弹性化的阅读设计,推广人员专业素养的提升,是增强用户满意度的有效途径。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance] User satisfaction is one of the important indicators for the effectiveness evaluation in reading promotion activities.[Method/process] The analysis on influence factors can promote the effective development of reading promotion activities.[Result/conclusion] A questionnaire is conducted to investigate users' satisfaction in the university. Through the factor analysis and regression analysis, the factors which affect user satisfaction on reading promotion are confirmed and suggestions are proposed. The research points out that the "reading design", "promotion support" and "reading environment" are the important influence factors on users' satisfaction. As non-promotion factors, such as house location, fields of science and the position also influence users' satisfaction. Therefore, the depth promotion support of the multi participation, different and flexible reading design, promotion of professional quality are effective ways to improve users' satisfaction.
