Pattern Construction and Implementation Path of “Ideological and Political Education” of Library, Information and Archives Management: Taking Nanjing University as an Example

摘要: [目的/意义] 对南京大学图书情报与档案管理学科“思政育人”建设情况进行分析,旨在促进大思政的理念共识,推动全员全程全方位育人工作的开展与实施。[方法/过程] 在深入分析近年来高校图书情报与档案管理学科课程思政建设现状与存在问题基础上,探索南京大学图书情报与档案管理学科“思政育人”工作所面临的实践成效,并提出构建立德树人工作“四个矩阵”、建设“三全育人”多维工作体系、注重实践育人共同体建设“四个联结”的实施路径。[结果/结论] 作为创新人才培养及高等学校“三全育人”的重要任务之一,南京大学面向图书情报与档案管理学科开展的思政育人建设,有利于全面提高广大教师开展课程思政建设的意识和能力,完善课程思政建设的体制机制,提升高校立德树人成效。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the construction of "Ideological and Political Education" of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University, this paper aims to promote the formation of a broad consensus on the concept of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses, and put the development and implementation of all-round educational work in which the entire personnel are involved into effect. [Method/process] Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situations and existing problems of the curriculum ideological and political construction of the discipline of library, information and archives management in universities in recent years, this paper explored the practical effects faced by the "ideological and political education" work in the discipline of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University, and put forward the implementation path of constructing the "four matrices" for moral education, building a multi-dimensional work system of "three-wide education" and paying attention to "four connections" for the construction of a community for practical education. [Result/conclusion] As one of the important tasks for the cultivation of innovative talents and "three-wide education" in colleges and universities, the construction of "ideological and political education" for the discipline of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University can comprehensively improve the awareness and ability of the majority of teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction, advance the system and mechanism of curriculum ideological and political construction, and improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
