档案学科建设与人才培养的数字转型——基于图书情报与档案管理一级学科更名为信息资源管理的思考

摘要: [目的/意义] 推动档案学科建设和人才培养迈向数字转型,是档案学专业进行图书情报与档案管理一级学科更名为信息资源管理后如何加强自身建设和实现创新发展的有益探索。[方法/过程] 运用文献研究法、政策分析法解析一级学科更名对档案学科建设与人才培养的主要影响,研究档案学科建设与人才培养数字转型的时代需求与机遇、现实基础和条件、实践策略与路径。[结果/结论] 档案学科建设与人才培养相辅相成,在开展全域性数字化改革转型的数字时代,一级学科更名对于档案学科建设和人才培养而言机遇大于挑战,亟需通过明确学科建设定位、优化人才培养方案、充实课程建设体系、加强教材资源建设、创新教育教学方式等举措实现对档案学科建设和人才培养的动态调整与优化。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Promoting archival science discipline construction and talent cultivation towards digital transformation is a useful exploration of how archival majors can strengthen its own construction and achieve innovative development after the primary discipline of library, intelligence and archival management is renamed as information resource management.[Method/Process] Using literature research method and policy analysis method, this paper analyzed the main impacts of the first-level discipline renaming on archives science discipline construction and talent training, and studied the needs and opportunities of the times, realistic basis and conditions, practical strategies and paths for digital transformation of archives science discipline construction and talent training.[Result/Conclusion] Archival science discipline construction and talent training complement each other. In the digital era of regional digital reform and transformation, there are more opportunities than challenges for archives science discipline construction and talent training in the first-level discipline renaming, and it is urgent to realize dynamic adjustment and optimization of archives science discipline construction and talent training by clarifying discipline construction orientation, optimizing talent training programs, enriching curriculum construction system, strengthening teaching materials and resources and innovating education and teaching methods.
