摘要

在应对数字转型所带来挑战的背景下，针对目前我国数字档案资源整合与服务研究缺少多视角、多维度、多层次和多方面的顶层设计思想的研究现状，从理论框架建构、协同创新机制框架建构、信息基础架构实施、绩效评估与持续改进方案制定4个方面提出研究框架构想，用于解决数字转型背景下我国数字档案资源整合与服务面临的适应性、复杂性、不确定性和长效性问题，旨在支持我国国家信息化能力及其可持续发展能力的整体提升。

Abstract

Facing grand challenges of digital transition, to take the problems of current research into consideration in terms of lack of top-level design for integration and services of digital archival resources from multi-disciplinary perspectives, multi-dimensional relationships, multiple levels of connections and multiple aspects of consistency, a research framework is formulated. The research framework includes theoretical framework building, collaborative innovation mechanism building, cyber infrastructure implementing, performance assessment and the continuing improvement program developing. It aims to to solve the problems of adaptability, complexity, uncertainty and sustainability issues of integration and services of archival resources during digital transition, and improve the overall capacity of national informatization and its sustainable development.
