[目的/意义]运营管理是当前城市图书馆发展的重要任务。运营创新的根本目的在于降低城市图书馆的运营成本,提高运营效益。[方法/过程]结合内蒙古赤峰市图书馆的实践过程,探索城市图书馆运营管理的策略,总结城市图书馆运营管理需要解决的若干关键性问题。[结果/结论]提出推进城市图书馆成本、质量、时间的运营管理策略,并提出运用相对柔性的运营管理策略,使城市图书馆的运营管理达到最大效率。

[Purpose/significance] Operation management is a vital task for the current urban library. The main objective of operation management is to decrease the operation cost of the urban library, and increase its operation effectiveness.[Method/process] In view of the practice of Chifeng City Library, this paper explores the strategies of operation management of the urban library, and solve the key problems that urban libraries are facing.[Result/conclusion] It proposes the operation management strategies of cost, quality and time of urban libraries, and how to use the soft management strategy to achieve the most efficiency of operation management of urban libraries.
