[目的/意义]在数字化的学术信息大环境下，用户特殊化、个性化需求与资源建设现状的矛盾日益突显。依据精准服务的理念，探讨网络数字资源精准建设的模式与方案，以期为图书馆等机构精准建设工作提供一定的借鉴与参考。[方法/过程]从理论上探讨网络数字资源精准建设的方式与方案，在满足普适性资源建设的同时，结合用户使用行为与资源效益，采取不同的订阅订购模式对资源建设工作给予支持；同时，对网络数字资源Hub进行进一步的功能设计。[结果/结论]明确了初步的网络数字资源精准建设方案，为图书馆等机构精准建设工作提供一定的借鉴，逐步实现资源建设的转型。
[Purpose/significance] Under the digitalized academic information environment, it becomes increasingly obvious that the contradiction between the user's specialization, individualized needs and the current situation of resources construction. This paper analyzes and presents the precision construction schemes of the network digital resources, based on the concept of precision service, aiming to provide reference for library precision service.[Method/process] From the perspective of network digital resources, the paper discusses theoretically the schemes of precision construction. While meeting user's requirements for universality resources, libraries should consider various user behaviors and adopt different precision construction models to support resources construction practices. At the same time, the paper proposes a further functional design scheme of the network digital resources hub.[Result/conclusion] The paper specifies preliminary network digital resources precision construction schemes to provide reference for precision construction practices of libraries and other institutions, and to achieve the transition of resources construction gradually in the future.
