摘要:

基于图书馆人力资本价值评估重要性分析和当前业界研究比例较低的现状,提出有必要开展图书馆人力资本价值评估,介绍英国约克大学图书馆人力资本价值评估实践,包括研究方法介绍和实施策略,提出通过建立图书馆人力资本评估系统、细化图书馆人力资本评估指标、拓宽图书馆人力资本评估思路和扩大图书馆人力资本评估成果实现图书馆人力资本评估目标。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the importance of library human capital evaluation and the scarcity of this kind of study, this paper analyzed the necessity of library human capital evaluation study and introduced the library human capital evaluation project in York University, including the method and executive strategy. The paper proposed the approaches for realizing the library human capital evaluation target which are evaluation system and index setting up, evaluation method and performance enlargement.
