当代图书馆学档案学专业人才培育的反思与改革策略——以文华系统的参考咨询教育为切入点

摘要:

将文华图专、文华公书林与相关社会化机构视为“文华系统”,以文华系统的参考咨询教育为切入点,考察其人才培育机制。文华系统的参考咨询以文华参考室为中心,实现教学与实践的汇合、职业情怀、职业精神的熏陶等功用,并通过人际网络和学术书刊的传播实现理念的传播与回流。这一人才培育机制的特点是馆教一体的实践导向,职业情怀、职业精神与专业素养的融合。以此反观当代的图书馆学、档案学教育,提出应当重视与实践单位的深入合作、阶梯式培育职业情怀与精神、以更宽阔和系统化的视野考察相关教育体系等建议。

Abstract:

The article views Boone Library School, Boone Library and related social institution as "Boone System" and explores this system's talent cultivation mechanism based on its reference service education. The reference service education of Boone System is set up surrounding the Boone Reference Room, which plays an important part in promoting the confluence of teaching and practice and nurturing students' professional feelings and professional spirit, and realizes the spread of ideas and backflow by spreading the interpersonal network and academic journals. The features of this talent cultivation mechanism include the practice orientation of discipline integration and the combination of professional feelings and specialty literacy. Based on historical review, some suggestions for modern education of library science and archive science are made, including in-depth cooperation between academic unit and social unit, stair professional feelings and spirit and exploring LIS education with border and systematic view.
