基于多Agent建模的技术创新联盟知识转移研究

摘要:

[目的/意义]知识转移是技术创新联盟研究领域中的热点之一。已有研究多习惯于将联盟主体同一化,然而现实的联盟成员之间具有差异性。这种差异性在知识转移策略上表现得尤为突出,即使同一主体的转移策略也会动态变化,研究主体知识转移策略及其影响因素对于提升技术创新联盟创新绩效有重要意义。[方法/过程]根据联盟主体转移策略调节依据的不同对主体进行分类,并采用有限状态机定义基于不同策略的状态转移矩阵,建立契合联盟主体动态反馈行为的技术创新联盟知识转移模型。[结果/结论]研究发现联盟中不同知识转移系数的主体数量在联盟合作初期变化较大,并伴随合作的深入而趋于稳定;联盟主体知识转移系数的调节周期越长,知识转移效果越好;调节依据对知识转移效果的影响较小。技术创新联盟的知识转移行为是动态变化的。要使联盟企业保持较高的知识转移系数,必须建立多个稳定的交流沟通渠道,加快知识在联盟主体之间的转移速率,增加联盟主体的收益。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance]Knowledge transfer is a hot topic in the research of technology innovation alliance. Alliance members in most of the researches are been handled identically but they are diverse in reality. Different members have different knowledge transfer strategies and even a single member would change its strategy dynamically. Research on knowledge transfer strategy and influencing factors of knowledge transfer has important significance to promote innovation performance for technical innovation alliance.[Method/process]This paper classified alliance members based on their difference in the knowledge transfer strategy regulation basis and defined the state transition matrix of different strategies using the finite-state machine. Thus a knowledge transfer model for technology innovation alliance which could reflect the members' dynamic feedback to knowledge transfer is been built.[Result/conclusion]The result shows that the number of alliance for each knowledge transfer coefficient changes greatly in the initial phase of the collaboration, and tends to be stable with in-depth of the cooperation; the greater the regulating period, the better the knowledge transfer effect; while the regulating basis has little influence to the knowledge transfer effect. The knowledge transfer behavior of technology innovation alliance knowledge transfer behavior is dynamic. To make the alliance enterprises to maintain higher knowledge transfer coefficient must establish more stable communication channel, accelerate the transfer rate of knowledge between alliance members,and increase income of alliance members.
