摘要:

[目的/意义]选取英美7所知名大学图书馆不同阶段的战略规划文本为研究对象,对未来规划可能涉及的战略重点进行梳理,为我国大学图书馆"十三五"规划构想提供借鉴。[方法/过程]通过横向、纵向比较分析,对战略规划关键领域所体现的显著变化点和持续关注点进行提炼,剖析关键领域的演变过程及策略。[结果/结论]分析表明,在各馆规划文本的演变过程中,其显著变化点集中体现在重视原生数字资源,聚焦数字化/在线学习、强调特藏可获取、强调馆员发展,同时,持续关注馆藏战略、支持学术交流、教学和研究的服务以及提升用户体验。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance] This paper chooses seven famous university libraries in Britain and America as the research objects, and cards their strategic priorities involved in the future planning, to provide some reference for the ideas on strategic priorities of strategic planning of Chinese university library in the next five years.[Method/process] Through the horizontal and vertical analysis, it refines the obvious changing points and continued focuses in the key areas of strategic planning, and analyzes their evolution process and new strategies.[Result/conclusion] The analysis results show that, in the evolution process of the planning's text, it has significant changing points which include attaching importance to born-digital resources, focusing on digital/online learning, emphasizing on special collections availability, paying more attention to the development of librarians. At the same time, they continue to focus on collection strategy, support services on academic exchanges, teaching, learning and research, and user experience.
