我国非遗保护政府机构官微利用现状及优化策略

Status and Optimization Suggestion of China's Official Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Organizations in the Use of Sina Weibo and WeChat

摘要:

[目的/意义] 分析目前政府非遗保护机构在微博、微信公众平台利用方面的特点,并针对目前存在的问题提出优化建议,以提升非遗保护政府机构对其官微的利用水平,进而提升非遗保护成效。[方法/过程] 在文献调研的基础上,通过官微认定、指标获取和数据处理3个步骤获取并整理非遗保护政府机构官微利用的各项数据。[结果/结论] 分析得出非遗官微目前地域差异明显,重心从微博转移至微信公众号,非遗保护政府官微运营者还存在对官微渠道重视程度偏低、对官微定位不够明确、官微利用缺乏广度与深度、运营监管不够到位等问题。在此基础上,有针对性地从构建立体渠道、提升运营水平、丰富传播内容和形式、加大监管力度4个层面给出优化建议。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the characteristics of the official Intangible Cultural Heritage protection organizations in the use of Sina Weibo and WeChat platform, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the existing problems in order to enhance the utilization level of Intangible Cultural Heritage protection officials. [Method/process] On the basis of literature research, it collects the data which reflect the utilization status of the Sina Weibo and WeChat operating by official Intangible Cultural Heritage protection organizations through three steps: official identification, index acquisition and data processing. [Result/conclusion] The analysis shows that regional distribution is not balanced, and the focus has transferred from Sina Weibo to WeChat. And the current problems are the lack of emphasis on the channel, the lack of clear positioning, the lack of breadth and depth of utilization, the inadequacy of operational supervision and so on. And on this basis, the optimization suggestions are put forward from four aspects: constructing three-dimensional channels, improving the operation level, enriching the content and forms of communication, and intensifying the supervision.
