Research on Knowledge Push Service Model Based on the Scientific User Interest

摘要: [目的/意义] 针对"互联网+"背景下科研用户群体知识需求的个性化和全局性特点,研究如何基于科研用户兴趣模型构建知识推送服务模式问题。[方法/过程] 通过梳理研究现状,从知识需求独特性和知识需求状态多变性两个视角进行"隐式+显式"科研用户兴趣模型与知识推送契合性分析。从个性化与全局化视角构建"隐式+显式"科研用户兴趣模型,并通过知识发掘与整合-知识推送-推送服务评价等过程为推送模式提供数据支持和决策支撑,满足科研用户特殊的知识需求。[结果/结论] 实证研究结果表明,该模式可以从个性化和全局化两个视角满足科研用户特殊需求。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] For this special group of scientific users, knowledge needs require personalities and the overall view in the "Internet+". According to that, this article studies the construction of knowledge push model based on the interest model of scientific users. [Method/process] By combing the research status, from the perspective of the unique needs of knowledge demand and the instabilities of the knowledge demand state, this paper makes a correspondence analysis between the "implicit+explicit" scientific user interest model and knowledge push. From the personalized and global perspectives, this paper constructs "implicit+explicit" scientific user interest model, to provide push model with data support and decision support through knowledge discovery and integration→knowledge push→push service evaluation, and meet the special knowledge needs of scientific users.[Result/conclusion] The results find that this model can meet the special needs of scientific users from the personalized and global perspectives.
