问答社区用户生成资源行为及影响因素分析——以百度知道为例

摘要: [目的/意义]问答社区已成为用户获取信息的重要网络空间之一,保持高质量信息资源生成机制是问答社区生存发展的关键。本文的目的是通过用户生成资源的行为,了解资源生成的影响因素。[方法/过程]以百度知道社区的交互数据为研究样本,利用相关性分析和回归分析方法,分析用户与资源的关系、用户生成资源行为及影响因素。[结果/结论]问题类型、媒介、匿名性等因素对用户生成资源行为有重要影响,用户相关变量与资源质量存在显著相关性。建立和完善用户身份识别与激励机制对于社区提高资源质量具有重要意义。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Social question & answering community (Q&A) is one of important virtual space to access information. It is critical to establish and keep a high quality information resources generation mechnism for Q&A community development.[Method/process]Based on the interactive data of Baidu Knows, and by the method of correlation and regression analysis, the relationship between users and resources,users'behaviors of generating resources, and influence factors are analyzed.[Result/conclusion]The research results show that the factors such as the type of question, media, and anonymous have the significant impact on the users' participating behaviors of generating resources,And there is a significant correlation between users' related variables and resources quality.Establishing and improving the mechanism of user identification and incentive are of great significance for the community to improve the quality of the resources.
