基于“知乎”关注热点的学科认知特点挖掘——以情报学为例

Subject Cognition Mining Based on Zhihu Hotspots:Taking Informatics as an Example

摘要: [目的/意义]以情报学为例,探索基于社会化问答网站热点的学科认知特点挖掘方法及其可行性。通过总结归纳知乎用户对情报学的知识期待和学科认知,为情报学学科建设提供特定参考。[方法/过程]以知乎情报学话题下的"精华"讨论内容作为分析对象,运用聚类分析、多维尺度分析等方法挖掘关注热点,并对这些关注热点的自身属性、相互关系和核心程度等特征进行分析与探究。[结果/结论]知乎的情报学关注热点可分为信息检索与搜索引擎、网络营销与电子商务等7类,反映出大众对情报学的技术、商业、学科、社会4方面的知识需求,进而构建出信息技术、现实应用、信息社会3个维度的学科认知特点。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Taking informatics as an example, the paper explores the method and feasibility of mining subject cognition based on social Q&A website. In the meanwhile, through summarizing Zhihu users' knowledge anticipation and subject cognition towards Informatics, it provides special reference for subject building of informatics.[Method/process] Using the essence discussion content under Zhihu's Informatics topic as analysis object, this paper applies clustering analysis and multi-dimensional analysis to discover hotspots, and further analyzes their properties, relationship, core level and other features.[Result/conclusion] Zhihu's hotspots towards informatics can be concludes into seven categories, such as "information retrieval and search engine", and "network marketing and e-commerce", which reflects people's knowledge needs towards Informatics from four perspectives, technology, business, subject and society. Based on this discovery, people's subject cognition towards informatics can be concluded into three dimensions, which are information technology, knowledge application and information society.
