Health Assessment System Construction and Empirical Research on the Science and Technology Information Service Ecosystem

摘要: [目的/意义]针对当前科技信息服务生态系统研究的不足,借鉴自然生态系统健康理论,从信息生态视角,构建科技信息服务生态系统健康评价体系,引导科技信息服务生态系统稳定、健康发展。[方法/过程]基于文献调研和专家访谈,结合科技信息服务生态系统的健康特征,构建科技信息服务生态系统健康评价体系。采用网络层次分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)对各指标的相对重要性权重进行估计。通过访谈、问卷调查收集数据,采用多层次模糊综合评价法进行实证研究。[结果/结论]结果表明活力是最关键的准则维度。运用ANP与多层次模糊综合评价法构建科技信息服务生态系统健康评价体系和权重估计具有较好的适用性,可以为完善科技信息服务功能、优化科技信息服务生态系统结构提供指导与借鉴,促进科技信息服务生态系统稳定、健康的发展。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In view of the deficiency of the current scientific and technological information service ecosystem, this paper based on the VOR theory, from the perspective of information ecology, constructs the health assessment system of science and technology information service ecosystem to guide the stable and healthy development of the ecosystem. [Method/process] Based on the literature survey and expert interview, combined with the health characteristics of the science and technology information service ecosystem, the evaluation index system is constructed. ANP method is used to estimate the relative importance weight of each index. Through the questionnaire survey, interview and data collection, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to empirical research. [Result/conclusion] The results show that vigor is the most important criterion dimension. The application of ANP and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has good applicability, which can provide guidance and reference for the stable and healthy development of scientific and technological information service ecosystem and the improvement of science and technology information service function.
