Construction and Verification of College Students' Maker Service Demand Model Based on Grounded Theory

摘要: [目的/意义]针对当前创客空间提供创新创业服务不足的现状,研究大学生创客服务需求,以期为创客空间服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以扎根理论为调研方法,通过初期访谈整理编码得到大学生创客服务需求模型。根据大学生创客服务需求模型设置问卷,通过发放网络问卷,验证模型是否合理。[结果/结论]大学生创客服务需求模型主要包括两个核心服务需求,即信息知识情报服务需求和创新创业环境服务需求,前者具体包含双创基础知识、信息服务需求、知识服务需求、情报服务需求;后者则包含环境氛围、运行模式、宣传推广、保护机制和专业指导。对回收问卷数据进行整理,通过SPSS探索性因子分析,最终验证该模型合理。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In view of the current situation of insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship services in the maker space, this paper studied the demand for college students' service, in order to provide reference for maker space services.[Method/process] Taking the grounded theory as the research method, the college students' service demand model was obtained through the initial interview and coding. According to the college student maker service demand model, the questionnaire was set up and the network questionnaire was issued to verify whether the model is reasonable.[Result/conclusion] The college students' service demand model mainly includes two core service requirements, namely information knowledge intelligence service demand and innovation entrepreneurial environment service demand. The information knowledge information service demand specifically includes dual basic knowledge, information service demand, knowledge service demand, information service demand, etc. Entrepreneurial environmental service needs include:environmental atmosphere, operation mode, promotion, protection mechanism and professional guidance. By distributing the online questionnaires, the data of the collected questionnaires were collated, and the exploratory factor analysis of SPSS was used to verify that the model was reasonable.
