国外高校图书馆学术出版素养教育课程进展研究

Research on the Progress of Scholarly Publishing Literacy Courses in Foreign University Libraries

摘要: [目的/意义] 伴随着出版环境日趋复杂,学术出版素养教育已逐渐成为高校图书馆信息素养教育新的生长点。本文深入调研分析国外高校图书馆学术出版素养课程的现状及特点,旨在为我国图书馆学术出版素养课程建设提供参考。[方法/过程] 利用网络和文献调研方法,选取了国外16所已经开设学术出版素养课程且具有代表性的高校图书馆,从教学内容、教学形式、教学方法、教学团队和教学评估五个角度进行调研,分析其实践进展与特点。[结果/结论] 国外高校图书馆已经积极参与到学术出版素养课程教学,调研案例中呈现教学内容丰富,教学形式多样,教学氛围活跃,教学团队开放合作,教学评估可持续发展的特点。我国图书馆应充分借鉴国外学术出版素养课程实践经验,适时开展学术出版素养教育。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] With the increasing complexity of the publishing environment, scholarly publishing literacy has gradually become a new growth point of information literacy education in university libraries. This paper investigates and analyzes the situation and characteristics of scholarly publishing literacy courses in foreign university libraries, so as to provide references for the construction of scholarly publishing literacy courses in Chinese libraries.[Method/process] By the methods of network survey and literature survey, this paper selected 16 representative scholarly publishing literacy courses of foreign university libraries. Then it analyzed practical scholarly publishing literacy courses progress and characteristics from five aspects:the teaching content, form, atmosphere, team and evaluation.[Result/conclusion] Foreign university libraries have actively participated in the scholarly publishing literacy courses. The research cases show the rich tea, the diverse teaching forms, the active teaching atmosphere, the cooperative teaching team, and the sustainable teaching evaluation. Chinese libraries should fully learn from the experience of foreign university libraries in scholarly publishing literacy education and timely carry out scholarly publishing literacy courses.
