摘要: [目的/意义] 探究引起用户移动社交媒体倦怠行为的影响因素,主要分析原因要素和结果要素,厘清各级要素间的关联关系,为学术研究者和社交媒体运营商提供理论与实践指导。[方法/过程] 基于扎根理论,结合线上问卷记录、一对一访谈、小组座谈以及线上社区问答4种方式收集资料,使用开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码对移动社交媒体倦怠行为的影响因素进行整合分析与关系梳理,对引起社交媒体倦怠行为的压力要素、状态要素和结果要素进行因子整合与关系凝练。[结果/结论] 阐明移动社交媒体倦怠行为的影响因素与作用路径,发现本研究构建的社交媒体倦怠行为影响因素关联路径符合S-S-O理论范式,并能够通过S-S-O理论进行完美解释。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To explore the influencing factors that cause users' mobile social media fatigue behavior, analyze the cause factors and result factors, clarify the relationship between the elements at all levels, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for academic researchers and social media operators.[Method/process] Based on the grounded theory, combining the four methods of online questionnaire recording, one-to-one interviews, group discussions and online community questions and answers, open coding, spindle coding and selective coding were used to influence the factors affecting burnout on mobile social media. Factor integration and relationship condensation were carried out on the state and outcome factors of the stress factors that cause social media burnout.[Result/conclusion] The influencing factors and action paths of mobile social media fatigue behavior were clarified, and it was found that the related path of social media fatigue behavior influencing factors constructed in this study conforms to the S-S-O theoretical paradigm and can be perfectly explained by S-S-O theory.
