The Practical Value of Building Digital Copyright Ecosystem with Blockchain Technology to Library

摘要: [目的/意义] 运用区块链技术构建数字著作权生态系统,对于维护图书馆的著作权利益具有重要的实践价值。[方法/过程] 以往作品交易环节过于繁杂影响图书馆获取著作权效率,采用智能合约省略著作权交易环节,能够达到提高图书馆著作权获取效率目标;以往由于著作权人和侵权人难以查找、侵权难以认定、侵权损失难以计算,影响到图书馆著作权交易的安全性和损害赔偿的公正性,通过区块链技术解决这些问题,增强图书馆著作权交易的安全性和保障图书馆损害赔偿的公正性。[结果/结论] 运用区块链技术构建的数字著作权生态系统,能够解决图书馆著作权获取、著作权交易安全和损害赔偿公正性的问题。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The application of blockchain technology in building digital copyright ecosystem has important practical value for maintaining the copyright interests of libraries. [Method/process] In the past, too many trading links of works affected the efficiency of acquiring copyright in the libraries, the smart contract can omit the link of copyright trading and improve the efficiency of obtaining copyright in the library. In the past, it was difficult for copyright holders and infringers to find, identify and calculate infringement losses, which affected the security of library copyright transactions and the fairness of damage compensation. Blockchain technology was adopted to solve these problems, so as to enhance the security of library copyright transactions and ensure the fairness of library damage compensation. [Result/conclusion] The application of blockchain technology to build a digital copyright ecosystem can solve the problems of library copyright acquisition efficiency, copyright transaction security and damage compensation justice.
