用户需求导向的高校图书馆有声阅读服务研究

摘要: [目的/意义] 有声阅读已成为国民阅读新的增长点,用户年轻化特征明显,通过研究高校大学生用户的有声阅读需求,为细化分析用户需求和明确图书馆工作重点、优先级提供可行的分析路径,有助于高校图书馆深入了解大学生的有声阅读需求并采取针对性的服务策略。[方法/过程] 采用问卷调查法,对高校大学生有声阅读行为、图书馆有声阅读服务认知和利用情况以及有声阅读需求进行调查,基于Kano模型对需求进行分类,并结合QFD模型分析图书馆工作改进的重点方向。[结果/结论] 调查对象中超过一半进行过有声阅读,但对图书馆有声阅读资源的认知和利用程度不足,不过多数认为图书馆有必要开展有声阅读服务;用户需求以魅力型需求为主,还有少量无差异型需求,资源内容质量、查询、获取在提高用户满意度中占据重要地位,图书馆工作重点应是优化系统平台功能和性能、提高有声阅读内容的质量、配置高性能设备打造高品质视听空间、加强宣传推广。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Audio reading has become a new growth point in national reading, and younger users have been the main users. By studying the audio reading requirements of university students, the research aims to provide a feasible way for detailed analysis of user requirements and clarify the focus and priority of library work, which help university library to deeply understand the audio reading requirements of university students and adopt targeted service strategies.[Method/process] Using the questionnaire survey method, the research investigates the audio reading behavior of college students, the cognition and utilization of the library audio reading service, and the audio reading requirements, and classifies the requirements based on the Kano model, and analyzes the main measures university library should take based on the QFD model.[Result/conclusion] More than half of respondents have audio reading experience, but they have insufficient knowledge and utilization of audio reading resources from their university library. However, most of them think it is necessary for university library to develop audio reading services. Users' requirement items can be classified to two categories:more than half of them are attractive requirements and a small number are indifferent requirements. The quality of resource content, retrieval and acquisition play an important role in improving user satisfaction. The focus of library work should be to optimize the system platform function and performance, improve the quality of audio reading resources, and provide high-performance equipment to create high quality audio space, strengthen publicity and promotion.
