摘要: [目的/意义] 分析国外健康信息规避研究现状与趋势,为我国健康信息规避行为及相关用户行为研究提供参考。[方法/过程] 首先界定健康信息规避行为边界与特征,然后据此检索、回溯和筛选相关文献作为研究数据,详细分析既往研究所涉及的研究主题、研究结论和采用的研究方法,最后讨论不足与未来可能研究方向。[结果/结论] 规避动机、影响因素构成当前研究热点,有待形成权威理论模型;影响因素作用机理、规避过程、策略、结果与应对,是未来更具现实应用价值的选题;拓展健康信息规避情境,混合或引入现代数据采集和分析方法,有望成为研究创新突破点。
