档案实践教改指标体系构建与实证研究:以“上大记忆”项目为例

Construction and Empirical Research on the Index System of Archives Practice Teaching Reform: a Case Study of “Memory of Shanghai University”

摘要: [目的/意义] 检验"上大记忆"档案实践教学项目的实践效果,据此向各高校档案实践教学改革提供经验和改进措施。[方法/过程] 从专业素养、信息素养、人际交往、思政效果、跨专业学习5方面构建档案实践教学指标体系,运用SPSS26.0进行问卷分析,验证假设。[结果/结论] "上大记忆"项目能够提高学生专业素养和信息素养,具有很强的思政效果,一定程度上能促进学生跨专业学习。档案实践教学可以借鉴"上大记忆"的经验,寻找档案专业实践的切入点,加强校内外的合作深度,联动专业课程与实践教学,扩大项目平台。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper is to test the effect of archives practice teaching project "Memory of Shanghai University", and to provide experience and improvement measures for the reform of archives practice teaching in universities. [Method/process] This paper constructed an index system of archival practice teaching from five aspects: professional quality, information quality, interpersonal communication, ideological and political effect, and interdisciplinary learning. SPSS26.0 was used to conduct questionnaire analysis to verify the hypothesis. [Result/conclusion] The "Memory of Shanghai University" project can improve students’ professional and information literacy, and has a strong ideological and political effect. To a certain extent, it can promote students’ interdisciplinary learning. The experience of "Memory of Shanghai University" can be used for reference in archives practice teaching, such as finding the breakthrough point of archives practice, strengthening the depth of cooperation inside and outside the school, linking professional courses and practice teaching, and expanding the project platform.
