弹幕视频网站用户弹幕评论行为的影响因素研究——以Bilibili弹幕视频网站为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of User Commenting Behavior on Danmaku——Taking Bilibili Danmaku Video Website as an Example

摘要: [目的/意义] 以Bilibili弹幕视频网站用户为研究对象,探究用户弹幕评论行为的影响因素,为弹幕视频网站营造良好的信息交互环境提供参考,进而提高弹幕视频网站用户的信息交互体验。[方法/过程] 基于社会认知理论的三元交互决定论,选取自我效能感和结果期望作为个体因素,考虑到弹幕视频网站的特殊性,引入信任和社会临场感理论作为环境因素,构建用户弹幕评论行为的影响因素初始模型;通过问卷调查收集数据,采用SPSS 25.0和SPSSAU对该模型进行实证检验并建立回归方程。[结果/结论] 通过实证分析发现:自我效能感和信任对用户的弹幕评论行为有显著正向影响。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Taking Bilibili danmaku video website users as the research object, this paper explores the influencing factors of user commenting behavior on danmaku, and provides reference for the danmaku video website to create a good information interactive environment, and then improve the danmaku video website user's information interaction experience.[Method/process] Based on the reciprocal determinism of the social cognitive theory, self efficacy and result expectation were selected as individual factors; considering the particularity of the danmaku video website, trust and social presence were introduced as environmental factors, the initial model of influencing factors of user commenting behavior on danmaku was established. Data were collected by questionnaire survey, and SPSS25.0 and SPSSAU were used to test the model and establish the regression equation.[Result/conclusion] Through empirical analysis, it is found that self-efficacy and trust have a significant positive impact on user commenting behavior on danmaku.
