摘要: [目的/意义] 对《情报学教育和人才培养研究》这一专著进行多个角度和层面上的评析,以推动中国情报学教育和人才培养研究往纵深领域更好和更快地发展。[方法/过程] 通过比较和内容分析的方法,从情报学教育和人才培养的发展历程、具体调研、真实招聘和iSchools教育对比这4个层面对专著的内容进行评析。[结果/结论] 该专著通过系统的分析和研究不仅得到有效的结论、对策和建议,而且形成独特的面向中国情报学教育和人才培养研究的数据、信息和知识。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to promote the further and faster development of information science education and talent cultivation research in China, this paper reviews and analyzes the monograph of Research on Information Science Education and Talent Cultivation from multiple angles and levels.[Method/process] By means of the analysis of comparison and content, the content of the monograph was evaluated and analyzed from four aspects of the development process of information science education and talent cultivation, the specific investigation, the real recruitment and the comparison of iSchools education.[Result/conclusion] Through systematic analysis and research, this monograph not only obtains effective conclusions, countermeasures and suggestions, but also forms unique data, information and knowledge for Chinese information science education and talent cultivation research.
