高校图书馆知识服务效能影响因素及其作用机理研究

摘要: [目的/意义] 知识服务是赋能图书馆事业高质量发展的重要举措,探索其影响因素及作用机理,对提升高校图书馆知识服务效能有重要意义。[方法/过程] 通过半结构化访谈以及知识问答平台和社交平台获取多源文本数据,运用扎根理论从数据中提炼知识服务要素,从要素中分析知识服务效能的影响因素及作用机理。[结果/结论] 保障、认知和行为是影响知识服务效能的主要因素。保障因素在生态性要素的5个维度上影响知识服务效能,认知因素和行为因素在感知性要素、能动性要素和交互性要素的12个维度上影响知识服务效能。高校图书馆提升知识服务效能应建构学术共同体,发展专业洞察力,激发知识服务能动性,实现价值共创。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Knowledge service is an important measure to empower the high-quality development of library undertakings. Exploring the influencing factors and action mechanism is of great significance to enhancing the knowledge service efficiency of university libraries.[Method/process] This paper obtained multi-source text data through semi-structured interviews, knowledge question and answer platforms and social platforms, used grounded theory to extract knowledge service elements from the data, and analyzed the influencing factors and action mechanism of knowledge service efficiency from the elements.[Result/conclusion] The main influencing factors of knowledge service efficiency are guarantees, cognitions and behaviors. Guarantee factors affect knowledge services efficiency in the 5 dimensions of ecological elements. Cognitive factors and behavioral factors affect the 12 dimensions of perceptual, active, and interactive elements. Affect knowledge services efficiency. The enlightenment for improving knowledge service efficiency is to construct an academic community, develop professional insights, stimulate knowledge service initiative, and realize value co-creation.
