价值共创视角下企业信息服务体系构建与发展策略

Construction and Development Strategies of Enterprise Information Service System from the Perspective of Value Co-Creation

摘要: [目的/意义] 构建价值共创视角下企业信息服务体系有利于推动企业从更高层次和更系统的角度考虑各价值创造主体在价值共创活动的信息需求,提高信息服务质量。[方法/过程] 结合价值共创理论以及企业信息服务体系的研究现状,分析价值共创视角下企业信息服务体系的构建原则和构成要素。在此基础上,从数据支撑层、技术层和服务应用层3个层面设计价值共创视角下企业信息服务体系架构,并提出相应的发展策略。[结果/结论] 价值共创视角下企业信息服务体系的构建为各价值创造主体获取价值共创过程中的信息资源提供渠道,能够推动各主体之间的协同共生,实现价值共创、共生与共享。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Building an enterprise information service system from the perspective of value co-creation is conducive to promoting enterprises to consider the information needs of value-creating entities in value co-creation activities from a higher level and more systematic angle, and improving the quality of information services. [Method/process] Combining the value co-creation theory and the current research status of the enterprise information service system, this research analyzed the construction principles and components of the enterprise information service system from the perspective of value co-creation. On this basis, this research built an enterprise information service system architecture from the perspective of value co-creation from three levels of the data support layer, technology layer and service application layer, and proposed corresponding development strategies. [Result/conclusion] The construction of enterprise information service system from the perspective of value co-creation provides channels for value-creating entities to obtain information resources in the process of value co-creation, which can promote synergistic symbiosis among various subjects and realize the co-creation, symbiosis and sharing of value.
