中国档案高等教育发展的现状、问题与策略——基于对37所高校2021年档案学专业建设与发展的调查

摘要: [目的/意义]今年是新中国档案高等教育创办 70周年,探讨中国档案高等教育发展的现状、问题与策略,有利于为今后档案学专业建设与改革创新提供参考,助力中国档案高等教育事业实现高质量发展。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、政策分析法,在回顾中国档案高等教育演进历程的基础上,基于丰富的数据和案例,从院校专业布局、师资队伍建设、课程建设、教材建设、教学改革创新、学生培养、教育特色等方面,系统分析 2021年中国档案高等教育发展现状,总结其存在的问题,并提出对策建议。[结果/结论]中国档案高等教育发展成就显著,但仍然面临着外部环境冲击、发展不平衡、教育规模滞后于社会需求、本科招生面临挑战、课程体系有待优化等问题,亟需明确档案学专业教育定位,加强档案学专业教育反思,优化档案学专业教育布局,创新档案学人才培养体系,积极应对学科更名挑战。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of archival science higher education of new China.The current situation,problems and strategies of the development of archival science higher education of China are discussed,which is conducive to providing references to the construction,reform and innovation of archival science in the future,and helping the realization of archival science higher education of China of high-quality development.[Method/Process]This paper adopted questionnaire survey method,literature research method and policy analysis method.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of archival science higher education of China,based on rich data and cases,from the perspective of the professional layout of colleges and universities,the construction of teaching staff,and the construction of curriculums,textbook construction,teaching reform and innovation,student training,and educational characteristics,etc.,it systematically analyzed the development status of archival science higher education of China in 2021,summarized its existing problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.[Result/Conclusion]The development of archival science higher education of China has made remarkable achievements,but it still faces problems such as the impact on external environment,unbalanced development,the education scale lagging behind social demand,challenges on undergraduate enrollment,and curriculum system to be optimized,etc.It is urgent to clarify the positioning of professional education in archival science,strengthen the reflection of professional education in archival science,optimize the layout of professional education in archival sciences,innovate the talent training system of archival science,and actively respond to the challenge to changing the name of the discipline.
