基于KANO模型的新型公共阅读空间服务内容供给优先序研究

Research on Priority Order of Service Content Supply of New Public Reading Space Based on KANO Model

摘要: [目的/意义] 探析新型公共阅读空间服务内容供给优先序,从用户需求视角优化其服务内容,丰富用户体验,提高用户对公共文化服务的获得感。[方法/过程] 在对新型公共阅读空间现有相关研究系统梳理的基础上,综合运用访谈法、专家咨询、小组讨论等方式提炼27项服务项目,并运用KANO模型分析法,结合混合类分析与Better-Worse系数分析,识别新型公共阅读空间服务内容所属类型。[结果/结论] 用户对新型公共阅读空间的需求是分层次的,涵盖3项魅力型、16项期望型、4项无差异型、4项混合类型,对此应从升级混合类型服务内容供给、重点关注期望型服务内容供给、扩大魅力型服务内容供给、调整无差异型服务内容供给4个方面出发,分层次、分阶段地优化新型公共阅读空间的服务,有效对接用户需求,提升公共文化服务可及性。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper analyzes the priority of service content supply of new public reading space, optimizes its service contents from the perspective of users’ needs, enriches users’ experience, and improves users’ sense of access to public cultural services. [Method/Process] On the basis of systematically sorting out the existing related research on new public reading space, this paper comprehensively used interview, expert consultation, group discussion and other methods to extract 27 demand elements, and used KANO model analysis, combined with mixed class analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis, to identify the service types of new public reading space. [Result/Conclusion] Users’ demand for new public reading space is hierarchical, covering 3 attractive types, 16 expected types, 4 undifferentiated types and 4 mixed types. Therefore, we should start from four aspects: upgrading the supply of mixed types of services, focusing on the supply of expected services, expanding the supply of attractive services and adjusting the supply of undifferentiated services, so as to optimize the services of new public reading space hierarchically and by stages, effectively meet users’ needs and improve the accessibility of public cultural services.
