数字化转型中的高校图书馆数字化服务能力影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Digital Service Ability of University Libraries in Digital Transformation

摘要: [目的/意义] 高校图书馆在进行数字化转型时,需要深入理解数字化转型的概念,并探索和培育适合本领域的数字化转型支撑要素。而数字化服务能力就是高校图书馆数字化转型的核心支撑要素,需要对其内涵、影响因素、作用机理进行把握。[方法/过程] 对高校图书馆数字化转型和数字化服务能力的内涵及层次进行阐述,采用半结构化访谈和网络在线内容获取等多渠道收集资料,借鉴扎根理论方法对资料进行分析,归纳高校图书馆数字化服务能力的影响因素及其作用机理。[结果/结论] 内外部支持、读者和数字化馆员的认知程度、读者和数字化馆员的行为是影响高校图书馆数字化服务能力的主要因素。根据这些影响因素提出综合利用内外部资源、提升馆员和用户数字化认知程度、促进图书馆与读者的行动协同及价值共创等对策建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] University libraries need to deeply understand the concept of digital transformation, and explore and cultivate its own supporting elements of digital transformation suitable for library field. The digital service ability is the core supporting factor of the digital transformation of university libraries, and it needs to understand its connotation, influencing factors and action mechanism. [Method/Process] This paper expounded the connotation and level of digital transformation and digital service capability of university libraries, collected data through multiple channels such as semi-structured interviews and online content acquisition, analyzed the data by using the grounded theory method, and summarized the influencing factors and the mechanism of the digital service capability of university libraries. [Result/Conclusion] Internal and external support, the cognitive level of readers and digital librarians, and the behaviors of readers and digital librarians are the main factors affecting the digital service ability of university libraries. According to these factors, this study offers countermeasures and suggestions, such as comprehensive utilization of internal and external resources, improvement of digital cognition of librarians and users, promotion of action coordination and value creation between libraries and readers.
