Discipline Construction of Information Resources Management: System Framework and Development Path

摘要: [目的/意义] 图书情报与档案管理一级学科更名为信息资源管理后,有序实施学科建设是一个值得研究的重要问题。[方法/过程] 梳理30多年信息资源管理学科建设的相关研究,以系统观为基础分析本学科的对象、使命、发展战略选择并构建系统建设框架,从抓住核心矛盾、技术与人文协同、学科交叉融合、专业-学科一体化等方面提出学科发展路径。[结果/结论] 信息资源管理学科建设必须深耕自己的研究对象,坚守学科使命,服务国家战略和社会需求,坚持技术与人文并重,协同发展本科与研究生教育,践行以贡献度为重心的学科交叉融合发展路径。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] It is of great importance to orderly implement discipline construction, when the first-level subject of library information & archives management was renamed as information resources management.[Method/Process] Some review were given about the relevant literatures on the discipline construction of information resources management during the past 30 years. The objects, mission and development strategies of this discipline were presented based on systemic view, the systematic framework was constructed, and the discipline development path were proposed, such as grasping the core contradiction, technology and humanities coordination, interdisciplinary integration and discipline-specialty integration.[Result/Conclusion] The discipline construction of information resources management must deeply cultivate their own research objects, adhere to the discipline mission, serve the national strategy and social needs, pay equal attention to technology and humanity, coordinate the development of undergraduate and graduate education, and follow the interdisciplinary and integrated development strategies which focused on contribution.
