摘要: [目的/意义] 拥有全新名称的“信息资源管理”学科如何把握其内涵与学科站位,开展人才自主培养,成为当前学科建设与发展的重要议题。[方法/过程] 通过文献调研与现状分析,剖析信息资源管理的科学内涵与学科站位,并从人才培养目标入手,提出人才自主培养的策略。[结果/结论] 把具有核心竞争力的拔尖创新人才和拥有中国自信和全球胜任力的国际化人才作为人才培养目标,落实立德树人,坚持以人为本;面向国家需求,加强理论供给;重视交叉融合,把握数智赋能;树立学科自信,紧密国际合作作为信息资源管理学科人才自主培养的策略。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] How to grasp the connotation and position of the discipline of "Information Resource Management" with a new name and carry out the independent cultivation of talents has become an important issue in the construction and development of the discipline.[Method/Process] Through literature research and analysis of the current situation, this paper analyzed the scientific connotation and disciplinary position of information resource management, and proposed a strategy for the independent cultivation of talents from the perspective of talent cultivation goals.[Result/Conclusion] The objectives of talent cultivation are top innovative talents with core competitiveness and international talents with Chinese self-confidence and global competence, implementing moral education and insisting on people-oriented; Orienting to national needs and strengthening theoretical supply; Attaching importance to cross-fertilization and grasping digital intelligence empowerment; Establishing disciplinary self-confidence and close international cooperation as the strategy for self-cultivation of talents in the discipline of information resource management.
