在线健康社区生态系统架构与关键影响要素识别研究

Research on Identifying the Architecture and Key Influencing Elements of the Online Health Community Ecosystem

摘要: [目的/意义] 健康信息污染、健康信息利用效率过低等在线健康社区信息生态问题,严重影响在线健康社区用户对在线健康信息需求的满足,为此研究从信息生态视角出发,识别出对在线健康社区生态系统具有关键影响作用的要素,进而提出对其优化的思路。[方法/过程] 首先,在文献梳理的基础上,界定在线健康社区生态系统的内涵,并阐述维系在线健康社区生态系统动态平衡的价值;其次,结合信息生态理论识别在线健康社区生态系统的5个维度及44个构成要素,进而识别出在线健康社区生态系统的架构;最后,采用模糊集理论-DEMATEL法的研究方法,进一步从构成在线健康社区生态系统的44个要素中认清对其起到关键影响作用的12个要素。[结果/结论] 通过计算在线健康社区生态系统各构成要素的原因度、中心度、影响度与被影响度,可划分出在线健康社区生态系统各构成要素的属性,其中共包括25个原因要素与19个结果要素。研究有助于明晰对在线健康社区生态系统起到关键影响作用的要素,为优化在线健康社区生态系统提供参考依据。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The information ecology problems of the online health community, such as health information pollution, and inefficient use of health information, seriously affect the satisfaction of online health information needs of online health community users. This study aims to identify the key factors that have a key influence on the online health community ecosystem from the perspective of information ecology, and then proposes ideas for their improvement.[Method/Process] Firstly, based on literature combing, this study defined the concept of online health community ecosystem and elaborated the value of maintaining the dynamic balance of online health community ecosystem. Secondly, the 5 dimensions and 44 constituent elements of the online health community ecosystem were identified with the information ecology theory, which led to identifying the architecture of the online health community ecosystem. Finally, using a research method combining fuzzy set theory and DEMATEL method, 12 constituent elements that play a key influential role in the online health community ecosystem were further identified from the 44 constituent elements.[Result/Conclusion] By calculating the cause, center, influence and influenced degrees of each constituent element in the online health community ecosystem, the attributes of each constituent element in the online health community ecosystem can be classified, which include 25 cause elements and 19 result elements. This study helps to clarify key constituent elements in the online health community ecosystem, which can provide a reference basis for improving the online health community ecosystem.
