文旅融合背景下校地文化深度融合创新机制研究——以第九届驻徐高校大学生传承普及徐州历史文化活动为例

摘要: [目的/意义] 校地文化融合能够更好地实现优势互补,加强以文化人的教育功能,促进彼此文化建设与发展。[方法/过程] 分析文旅融合时代背景下校地文化融合的重要意义,针对当前校地文化融合共同举办活动过程中旅游传统观念及校地之间隶属关系、级别等障碍,结合第九届驻徐高校大学生传承普及徐州历史文化系列活动案例,通过深入分析文化、旅游、旅游文化的概念、内在特征及其与教育的相关性,进而提出通过加强校地文化观念融合、组织融合、平台融合、资源融合,建立创新融合机制。[结果/结论] 校地文化深度融合,活用资源,优势互补,把地方文旅资源转化为教育资源,高校校园文化转化为地方文旅持续、快速、健康发展的动力、活力,是时代要求,也是彼此内在发展的需要,能够填补双方发展的空白,实现高质量发展。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] It is pointed out that the integration of university campus culture and tourism can better realize the complementary advantages, strengthen the educational function of cultural people, and promote the construction and development of each other’s culture. [Method/Process] This paper analyzed the important significance of school local cultural tourism integration in the context of cultural tourism integration era, and in view of the obstacles such as traditional tourism concepts and the subordination and level between schools and places in the process of the current school local cultural tourism integration joint activities, combined with the case of the Ninth College Students in Xuzhou to inherit and popularize the history and culture of Xuzhou, through in-depth analysis of the concepts, internal characteristics and the correlation with education of culture, tourism and tourism culture, furthermore, it is proposed to establish an innovative integration mechanism by strengthening the integration of school local culture and tourism concepts, organizations, platforms and resources. [Result/Conclusion] The school and local culture are deeply integrated, resources are used flexibly, and advantages are complementary, in order to transform the local culture and tourism resources into educational resources, the campus culture of colleges and universities should be transformed into the power and vitality of the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of the local literature and tourism, is the requirement of the times, but also the need of each other’s internal development, to fill the development gap between the two sides to achieve high-quality development.
