数字中国背景下信息资源管理研究生教育:时代要务、逻辑转向与赋能场景

Graduate Education in Information Resources Management in the Context of Digital China: Times Imperatives, Logical Turn and Enabling Scenarios

摘要: [目的/意义] 在学科更名、数字中国建设和新时代背景的非线性叠加效应下,信息资源管理研究生教育应如何转变以适配中国式现代化发展,成为重要的研究课题。[方法/过程] 首先对数字中国建设内涵和学科更名背景进行阐释,然后以数字中国建设的实际需求为引导,提出信息资源管理学科研究生教育的时代要务与逻辑转向,并探寻学科研究生教育赋能数字中国建设的实际应用场景,明晰信息资源管理学科新的历史使命。[结果/结论] 学科更名后,信息资源管理学科在研究生培养和科研转向方面应该积极对接国家重大战略需求,辅助国家推进高端交流平台建设、数字经济治理、全国统一大市场构建以及国家文化数字化等重大战略,实现学科内涵的守正与创新、学科使命的责任与担当、学科应用的固本与延伸,为波谲云诡的国际形势下的国家安全、科技竞争、经济发展和产业规划提供信息资源管理服务。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Under the nonlinear superposition effect of discipline renaming, digital China construction and the new era background, how the graduate education of information resources management should be transformed to adapt to the development of Chinese path to modernization has become an important research topic.[Method/Process] This paper first explained the connotation of digital China construction and the background of discipline renaming, and then, guided by the actual needs of digital China construction, put forward the era priorities and the logical turn of information resources management discipline graduate education, explored the practical application scenarios of academic graduate education enabling digital China construction, and clarified the new historical mission of information resources management discipline.[Result/Conclusion] After the renaming of the discipline, the discipline of information resources management should actively meet the major strategic needs of the country in terms of postgraduate training and scientific research transformation, assist the country in promoting the construction of high-end communication platforms, digital economy governance, the construction of a unified national market, and the digitalization of national culture and other major strategies, so as to achieve the integrity and innovation of the connotation of the discipline, the responsibility and commitment of the discipline mission, and the solid foundation and extension of the discipline application, and provide information resources management services for national security, scientific and technological competition, economic development and industrial planning under the unpredictable international situation.
